We contacted First Target Fast, placement, Housekeeping and
Manpower company (TA-130/A, IInd Floor, Tuglakabad Extn, Near Gurudwara, New
Delhi 110019. Phone No: 9810908911, 65099870) for domestic help for my wife who
was recovering from the stroke on 16/2/2012. The promise was that First Target
Fast will provide Domestic & Housekeeping help for one year. If the Maid
discontinues service or we decide to fire her, they will get us a replacement
within 2 weeks at no additional cost. The company would provide up to 3
replacements for a year.
The maid servant provided worked from 16/2/2012 up to
10/5/12. After the departure of the maid servant we have telephoned the
Director of firm Shri Shukla 9810908911
for sending the replacement immediately. Now about one and half month
has elapsed but no replacement has been sent to us. Mr. Shukla refuses to take
our calls and has made mild threats if we pursue this matter further based on
his connections with Police etc.
At the time of agreement we have deposited Rs 17500/ which
will be refunded if the firm violates this condition. The firm has harassed us
so much that we have to come to your honour for getting back our hard earned
money which we would have used for procuring requisite medicines We hope that
you will us for getting the refund. The above company is deliberately harass
the we the ailing senior citizens.
