Helicopter sell mounted on scooter

When I hear the bad news of terrorists killing the innocent human in the name of so called God or Allaha  I get pained and to my mind comes the idea of Helicopter shell mounted scooters.These scooters can be made bullet proof and can be used to seige the area where the terrorists are hiding and then flush out the terrorists,Our govenment should plunder on this idea and save the human loss
